Pharmaceris N Opti-Capillaril is an intensive cream with an SPF 15 filter that reduces dark circles and bags under the eyes, designed for the care of mature skin around the eyes with visible dark circles and puffiness. The effectiveness of the formula was confirmed in dermatological tests on vascular skin.

The carefully developed cream recipe contains a complex of soy and rice proteins, which visibly reduce dark circles and bags under the eyes, nourish the skin and provide it with long-lasting hydration.
