Natural curcumin extract

The turmeric plant and its ingredient curcumin are known to have high health potential and positive health benefits.

However, curcumin is naturally fat-soluble and therefore has low bioavailability. Only small amounts are absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract. The innovative micelle formulation in Acurmin PLUS increases the bioavailability of curcumin by 185 times, as the curcumin is surrounded by tiny molecules. These so-called micelles are both fat- and water-soluble, which allows the curcumin to enter the bloodstream more effectively.

In addition, Acurmin PLUS is particularly well tolerated by the stomach. The micellar curcumin deliberately avoids stomach-irritating substances such as black pepper (=Bioperine/Piperine), so that Acurmin PLUS achieves extremely effective curcumin absorption without burdening the body.

Vitamin D3 optimally complements the health benefits of curcumin in Acurmin PLUS. It is a fat-soluble vitamin and, therefore, thanks to the micelle formulation of Acurmin PLUS, can be absorbed as efficiently as possible together with the fat-soluble curcumin. Vitamin D supports the maintenance of normal bone and muscle function.
