Properties:

- can contribute to maintaining emotional balance;

Mode of administration:

Internally: in the form of an infusion of 2 teaspoons of the plant in 200 mL of boiling water, leave covered for a few minutes, then strain and drink 2-3 cups of tea a day.
Continuous consumption for a period longer than 3 months is not recommended.
After a break of 1 month, consumption can be resumed.
Externally: in the form of infusion.
It will be used for: gargle, mouthwash, communal baths, sitz baths, local washes.

Ingredients:

Aerial parts of St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum).

Precautions:

Not to be used by pregnant or lactating women and by people with sensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
Keep out of the reach and sight of small children.
