What is Tritan?
Eastman Tritan™ copolyester is a plastic material, the patented trademark of the Eastman company, having the following properties:
It does not contain BPA (bisphenol A) or other bisphenols such as BPS
It is an impact-resistant plastic. Tritan products resist accidental drops and do not produce shards like glass
It is a hard plastic. Tritan products have a long service life
It is a durable material perfectly suited for the dishwasher
Tritan contains no estrogenic or androgenic agents and does not interfere in any way with estrogenic (EA) or androgenic (ED) processes
