Properties:
Vitamin D is produced in the skin, after exposure to sunlight. In winter, exposure to the sun being reduced, the body does not produce the necessary amount of vitamin D. Thus, an additional intake of vitamin D is recommended.

Vitamin D contributes to:

• normal absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus
• maintaining normal blood calcium concentrations
• maintaining the health of the bone system
• maintaining the normal function of the muscular system
• maintaining the health of the teeth
• normal functioning of the immune system
• protecting cells against oxidative stress

Ingredients:

• Vitamin D3 (in the form of cholecalciferol) 60 mcg (2400 IU)
• Other ingredients: vitamin E, cholecalciferol, rapeseed oil, gelatin, glycerol, water.

Administration method:
It is recommended to take 1 capsule/day, with a glass of liquid (mineral water, fruit juice), preferably during or after a meal.
