What does Frutdep contain?

Frut Dep contains demineralised water, fructose, concentrated apple, pear, mango, protocale, pineapple, apricot, blueberry and elderberry juices, maltodextrin, black cherry flavouring, potassium sorbate (preservative), beta-carotene, beta-glucan, vitamin C, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin B1, folic acid, lactoferrin, dry extract from Japanese knotweed roots and silicon dioxide.

B vitamins

This group of vitamins is essential for maintaining the body's health because it supports metabolism, strengthens the nervous and immune systems, and participates in cell development and division.

Vitamin B1, or the vitamin of good mood and intellectual performance, helps metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins and converts them into energy for the body.

Vitamin B2, or riboflavin, helps form antibodies, skin cells and red blood cells, metabolise carbohydrates and grow and develop tissues.

Vitamin B3, or niacin, supports long-term health, converts carbohydrates into energy, metabolises fats and proteins, supports the digestive system, and maintains the health of cells and tissues at the tissue level.

Vitamin B5, or pantothenic acid, is found everywhere in nature and in almost all types of food, completing the process of fat metabolism for energy production.

Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, acts as a coenzyme and participates in over 100 metabolic reactions, being necessary for the production of insulin and red and white blood cells, thus supporting the immune system.

Vitamin B7, also known as biotin, Vitamin B8 or Vitamin H, helps form and regulate blood glucose and amino acid levels and is extremely important for normal foetal development.

Vitamin B9, or folic acid, is of major importance to the body from the intrauterine period onwards, as it participates in cell division and DNA production and is involved in the body's growth and development processes.

Vitamin B12, or cobalamin, is involved in the metabolism of fatty acids and amino acids and helps in the production of red blood cells and bone marrow.
