This product is made from:

• gudmar (Gymnema sylvestre) - hydroalcoholic extract from the leaves 
• bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose

Adults and young people over 15 years of age: 2 tablets 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.

Glicemonorm is contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you are intolerant to any of the product's components. People with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and those with type 2 diabetes mellitus are advised to monitor their blood glucose levels closely. To this end, blood glucose levels should be recorded daily and insulin doses adjusted according to the new values obtained.

It contains the following ingredients: bitter melon (Momordica charantia) – fruit, blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) – leaves, black mulberry (Morus nigra) – leaves, olive (Olea europaea) – leaves, bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) – pods.

The plants are finely ground with an electric grinder, and the powder can be administered sublingually. One level teaspoon should be administered 3 times a day on an empty stomach. The powder is held under the tongue for about 10-15 minutes, then swallowed with water.

The cold macerate can be prepared from one teaspoon of powder (obtained by grinding the plants with an electric grinder) added to 250 ml of cold water, left for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strained and drunk on an empty stomach.
