Arginine and Ornithine combine two complementary amino acids into one convenient supplement. Arginine is necessary for the proper removal of urea from the body. Ornithine is synthesized from arginine and is a precursor of citrulline, proline and glutamic acid. Both of these amino acids are popular among athletes and other active people.
