Caffeine is an alkaloid of vegetable origin present in coffee, black tea in particular, mate or guarana for example, obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction.
Today in cosmetics it is found in numerous applications and treatments, being an exceptional ingredient especially in remodeling and anti-cellulite products thanks to its lipolytic properties.
It is a draining and firming active, suitable for the contour of the eyes, for the improvement of bags and swellings in the eye area, for the refinement of the contour of the face.
Caffeine favors the hydrolysis of triglycerides accumulated in adipocytes (fat cells) and their release, increases metabolic activity, favors the elimination of water retention, favors the elimination of dead cells and improves the appearance of the skin.
