Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; horsetail herb extract; powdered bamboo shoots; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; D-biotin (biotin); glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: polydextrose; color: titanium dioxide; glazing agent: polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agent: talc; colorants: yellow iron oxide and riboflavin.

Quantities of ingredients:

Daily portion (1 tablet) contains:

- horsetail herb extract 100mg,

- vitamin C 60mg (75%)*,

- nettle herb extract 40mg,

- PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) 20mg,

- I-methionine 10mg,

- pantothenic acid 6mg (100%)*,

- zinc 5mg (50%)*,

- vitamin B2 (triboflavin) 14mg (100%)*,

- biotin (D-biotin) 50mcg (100%)*,

- vitamin B1 (thiamine) 0.55mg (50%)*.

Suggested dosage:

adults: 1 tablet daily

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

Instructions for use:

Should be swallowed and washed down with water.

Contraindications:

Allergy to any of the product ingredients.
