Ocean fish oil contains two essential polyunsaturated fatty acids in high concentrations: eicosopentaenoic acid and docosohexaenoic acid, they are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in good cardiovascular function, reducing cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
