brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) enriched in min. 2000 mcg/g chromium 31 mg grains of paradise (Aframomum melegueta semen) 22 mg hot pepper (Capsici fructus) 13 mg.
The capsule shell is based on animal gelatin.

Precautions:
It is not recommended for children under 10 years of age, in case of gastroduodenal ulcer, hypertension, states of agitation, panic and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
It is not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers due to possible effects of stimulating uterine contractions. The active substances pass into breast milk and can change its taste
