Raw pollen is a living food and is considered a panacea that nature puts at our disposal, due to the content of vitamins (A, beta-carotenoids, E, group of B vitamins), minerals, amino acids, bioflavonoids as well as probiotics, lactoferments and bifidobacteria . It has an antioxidant effect, contributing to the regeneration of cells against oxidative stress, delays the aging process and supports the immune system during periods of mental and physical overload (stress, exams, competitions) and convalescence.
It protects the cardiovascular system (strengthening the heart muscle, improving the elasticity of the vessels) and contributes to maintaining normal values ​​of blood pressure and blood cholesterol.
It contains vitamin B1, B2 and appreciable amounts of Niacin (vitamin B3), which contribute to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of mental health.

How to use:
- 2-3 spoons (30 g)/day for adults after main meals;
- 1 teaspoon (5 g)/day for children (3-10 years) after breakfast.
The raw pollen can be administered simply or in combination with a fruit juice or a fruit salad.
7-week cures are recommended, at least 2 times a year: spring, during periods of low immunity and autumn, to prepare for the cold season, but it can be consumed all year round, without restrictions.

Storage conditions:
It must be stored in the freezer, at temperatures between -5 and -18 degrees C. The raw pollen lasts only 5-6 days outside the freezer in the original packaging (in the protective atmosphere) and 2-3 days in the refrigerator after unsealing.
Freezing is the ideal way to keep intact the nutritional and therapeutic qualities of raw pollen.
Although it is kept in the freezer, it does not freeze, due to the low water content inside the pollen grain (8-10%). This allows consumption immediately after it is taken out of the freezer. The raw pollen can be taken out and put back in the freezer countless times, without any risk of quality deterioration.
