Mode of administration:

1 ampoule per day, diluted in a glass of water (200ml), 30 minutes before going to bed. For 20 days or as needed. Shake the ampoule well before use. Break one tip of the vial using a napkin and pour the contents of the vial into a glass, breaking the second tip.

Precautions and contraindications:

It is not recommended for people under 18 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Do not get dressed before an activity that requires alertness, do not drive vehicles or machinery 4-5 hours after taking melatonin. People suffering from epilepsy, asthma, mood, behavior or personality disorders, as well as people taking concomitant medications: anti-depressants, sleeping pills, sedatives, should not administer the product without the doctor's consent.
