Ingredients:
Small-flowered puffball (Epilobium parviflorum) 100%.
Method of preparation:
Prepare an infusion: 1 - 2 teaspoons of the plant to a cup of boiling water, cover and leave for 5 - 7 minutes.
Mode of administration:
2 - 3 cups of tea a day, before the main meals.
