Worn over the preferred eye, the eye patch encourages the weaker eye to function. The patch has a non-woven microporous backing that allows the skin to breathe and function normally. The adhesive is hypoallergenic and gentle on the child's skin. Skin-friendly backing allows the skin to breathe. Hypoallergenic skin-friendly adhesive reduces the risk of skin irritation. The non-stick material prevents secretions from sticking to the eye.
