Adults: take 8 tablets daily: 4 tablets at least 30 minutes before meals and 4 tablets immediately after meals.
The tablets are swallowed with water.

Precautions: Not to be consumed by people allergic to any of the product's ingredients.
Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
