Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the filter bag in a cup and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Then remove the filter bag.
Drinking recommendation
Drink 3 to 4 cups of Basen-Aktiv Tee® No. 1 throughout the day and also drink sufficient (approx. 2 liters) of fluids, e.g. mild herbal tea or still mineral water.
