It is recommended for counteracting heartburn, in the treatment of hiatal hernia and for digestive discomfort during pregnancy. It is also indicated in cases of increased risk of magnesium deficiency (pregnancy, breastfeeding, puberty, anxiety, etc.), for supplementing diets poor in this element, for skeletal and muscular health (cramps, tics, contractures) and is especially recommended for people with magnesium deficiency and digestive sensitivities.
Instructions for use
Take 1 teaspoon twice daily. Average content per daily dose of 2 teaspoons (1.2 g): magnesium 289 mg (77% NRV*). If you do not have heartburn, it is recommended to take with lemon or orange juice, yogurt or any acidic food.
