DescriptionDr. Martino Giorgini's integral liquid extract (EIL) is a concentrated extract containing the entire phytocomplex of the plant. The product's efficacy and quality are guaranteed by vacuum and low-temperature extraction, which preserves all the plant's active ingredients and nutrients (phytocomplex) intact. The possible presence of resins and essential oils on the surface and/or sediment on the bottom of the product are a guarantee of quality. These constitute the insoluble fractions of the phytocomplex. For this reason, it is recommended to shake the product well before use.
Withania or ashwagandha has a tonic-adaptogenic action, counteracts physical and mental fatigue, promotes relaxation and mental well-being and supports the body's natural defenses.

How to use
Take 10 or 20 ml diluted in a glass of water or a cup of hot water, in the evening before bed; stir and sweeten to taste. Shake before use. Measuring cup included.
