This delicious blend is a combination of sweet and creamy rooibos, chamomile and lemon balm. Cocoa pods and sweet vanilla together with a little added nutmeg give the tea a soothing aroma, ideal to be enjoyed right before bed. Sweet Dreams!
Ingredients:
- rooibos*, chamomile*, cocoa pods*, licorice*, vanilla extract*, lemon extract*, cinnamon *, cardamom*, horsetail extract *, nutmeg *, rose petals*, ginger *, cloves *, black pepper *. * derived from ecologically certified crops.
Method of preparation:
Pour 250ml of hot water over a tea bag. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
Contains licorice. Hypertensive people must avoid excessive consumption!
