BiOmega3Gold is a dietary supplement that provides a source of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA) and vitamin E, essential for proper body function. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are an important part of a well-balanced diet, as they are invaluable for maintaining good health, and are not synthesized by the human body. Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function (beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). How to use:

Recommended daily intake to obtain the product's beneficial effects: 2 capsules. Take 1 capsule twice daily or 2 capsules once daily with a meal and water.
