Description
Food supplement based on branched-chain amino acids, mineral salts, vitamins and other nutrients, useful for integrating the athlete's diet.
Amino acids are the fundamental building blocks of proteins which, when included in the diet, contribute to the growth of muscle mass.
Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
We recommend taking 9 tablets once or twice a day at any time (9 to 18 tablets per day); it is recommended before and after intense physical activity.
