For daily use
For optimal effect, for firmer, blemish-free skin use daily, immediately after showering, when pores are open and ready to absorb the maximum amount of pure raw oil ingredients.

For massage
Also use as a mask for more intensive care for your skin. Apply a generous amount of oil to the desired areas, leave for at least 30 minutes. Or even all night.
