Ingredients: magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Withania Somnifera extract standardized to: 5% withanolides, 4:1 extract from lavender flower Lavandula angustifolia mill, 4:1 extract from Hericium erinaceus fruit, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, extract from Camellia sinensis green tea leaves standardized to: 98% L-theanine, L-tryptophan, acacia fiber, Korean Panax ginseng extract standardized to: 4% ginsenosides, vitamin B6¬ (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

How to use: The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules a day.

Consume after a meal with plenty of water.
