DEUMAVAN® Protective Ointment is a medical device developed by gynecologist Professor Dr. Eiko E. Petersen. It can be used for many conditions affecting sensitive skin in the external intimate and anal area. It relieves burning, itching, and soreness in dry and damaged intimate skin, protects the skin from lesions and irritation caused by mechanical stress, and supports the skin barrier in protecting against external influences. As part of daily intimate and anal hygiene, DEUMAVAN® Protective Ointment helps prevent intimate discomfort. CAUSES OF DRY, TRAFFICKED INTENTIONAL SKIN:

• Changes in hormone levels (e.g., during menopause, during and after pregnancy)
• Excessive washing
• Radiation therapy or diabetes mellitus
• Lack of or incorrect intimate/anal hygiene
• Mechanical stress, e.g., from sports
