Ingredients:
Cellulose, whole egg powder, cocoa (20-22% fat), psyllium, sodium bicarbonate, GDL (gluconodelta lactone), konjac flour, xanthan gum.

Method of preparation:
For 12 pieces of muffins or a 20x33cm cake board:

• 1 bag of muffin dust (150 g),
• 320 ml water or milk/vegetable milk,
• 30 ml oil (preferably coconut),
• 120-130 g sweetener.

Add to muffin dust, sweetener, oil and milk, and mix well. The composition is poured into muffin molds or in the baking tray.
Baking time: 25 min at 180C (in a preheated oven) or after it passes the toothpick test. The baking time also depends on the type of oven (electric/traditional)
