Instructions for use

Ingredients
Ferroplant Dry Extract 308 mg (Nettle, Seaweed, Fennel, Couch Grass, Bitter Orange, Plantain, Yarrow, Horsetail, Juniper, and Spinach). Iron 14 mg. Vitamin B1 1.1 mg. Vitamin B2 1.4 mg. Vitamin B6 1.4 mg. Folic Acid 200 mcg. Vitamin B12 2.5 mcg. Vitamin C 80 mg.
