How to use
Pour 1 cup of water over half a teaspoon of chicory root, bring to a boil, and simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes. Then let steep for 10 minutes, strain, and drink the fresh decoction, preferably 1 hour before a meal.
Contraindications and precautions
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to chicory. Store in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
