Use

Pour 2 cups of lukewarm water over 2 tablespoons of soapwort root, cover, and slowly heat until boiling. Strain. Top up the infusion with water to the initial volume, at a rinsing temperature of 37-39°C. Use to rinse washed scalp and hair.
