Properties:

Ingredients:
St. John's wort (Hyperici herba), St. John's wort (Melissae herba), Valerian root (Valerianae radix), Hop cones (Strobuli lupuli), Sulphine (Meliloti herba), Marjoram (Majoranae herba), Linden flowers (Tiliae flos), Passion flower ( Passiflorae herba), lavender flowers (Lavandulae flos).

Effect:
This tea has a sedative, relaxing and calming effect through the complex composition of plants in its formula. St. John's wort contains volatile oil with a calming effect and hypericin with an antidepressant effect. It ensures a good quality of sleep, maintaining a high tone throughout the day. Evening primrose, valerian root, hop cones and passionflower have a sedative effect on the central nervous system, fight agitation and induce restful sleep. To these is added the soothing and calming action of the volatile oils of linden, marjoram and lavender.
