Properties of ingredients

A complex of vitamins strengthens the body and supports quick and effective regeneration.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: Dissolve 37 g by mixing in a bottle with 500 ml of water.

Use before exercise, approximately 500 ml of liquid (1 hour before exercise)

During exercise, approximately 1000 ml (for each hour of exercise).

After exercise, more than 500 ml of fluid (up to two hours after exercise).
