Inositol in the form of a mixture of the best-absorbable myo and D-chiro isomers with the addition of vitamin B6.

Inositol is a substance that takes part in many important transformations occurring in the body, including: with the metabolism of neurotransmitters (serotonin reuptake) or the synthesis of some hormones (e.g. insulin). Although it is sometimes classified as a B vitamin and called vitamin B8 - due to the important functions it performs and the fact that, like B vitamins, it dissolves well in water - it is in fact not a vitamin, but a vitamin-like substance, because the body produces it on its own, primarily in the brain, liver and kidneys.

The two most common isomers in nature are myo-inositol - which has the greatest biological activity and is considered the most valuable and bioavailable form of inositol, and D-chiro-inositol, which remains in equilibrium with it. Therefore, when deciding to supplement your diet with inositol, it is worth making sure that the dietary supplement contains the most active isomer of myo-inositol.

How to use: 1 capsule with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is recommended to follow a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
