Way of ussage:
apply the product to the internal surface of the oral device, apply the device to the surface in the inner part of the mouth and close the mouth and clench the teeth. Let it act for 2 to 10 minutes, then remove the device from your mouth and rinse your mouth. External use. Use this product only once a day for 7-10 days after performing daily oral hygiene. Repeat every 6 months or as needed.
