How to use

After brushing, use 15 ml of the undiluted solution and rinse your mouth for approximately 1 minute. It is recommended to do this twice a day, morning and night. Remember to spit out the solution; do not swallow it.

Note: It is recommended not to consume food or drinks for up to half an hour after each use.
