As this is a compression and support accessory, it is important to take into account the following instructions:

• Take special care when putting on the knee pad not to pull too hard on the edges to avoid tearing it. It's also a good idea to remove any accessories from your hands first.
• Unless advised otherwise by a medical professional, you should not sleep with it on. However, you can wear it from early morning until bedtime.
• Knitting the torn knee brace does not restore its compression and support properties.
• Hand wash with mild soap. Do not dry in the sun or near heat sources.
• Some people tend to experience some swelling after wearing a knee brace for a few hours. To prevent this, it's recommended to readjust the brace several times a day. If necessary, it can be removed for a few minutes. Some swelling is normal unless it's accompanied by irritation and itching.
• Changing your knee brace every 6 months is important because after this time it no longer offers the same benefits.
