Description
The preparation
Pour 1 infusion bag with 0.25 l of boiling water and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. The tea is drunk warm 1-3 times a day, preferably at night. The infusion is always prepared fresh, immediately before use. The effect appears after 8 to 12 hours. Usually, serving the tea two to three times a week is sufficient.
