Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, melatonin, B vitamins and plant extracts titrated in active ingredients such as valerenic acids, L-theanine, vitexin, rosmarinic acids.
Contains valerian and lemon balm extracts which promote relaxation, sleep (valerian), mental well-being and normal mood (lemon balm).
MetaSleep also contains melatonin and titrated and standardized extract of passionflower and green tea (titrated in L-theanine).
Magnesium (in easily absorbable forms) and vitamins B6, B9 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium glycerophosphate, valerian extract ( Valeriana officinalis ), green tea extract ( Camellia sinensis ); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, coating (coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; colorant: calcium carbonate; coating: cellulose; anti-caking agent: stearic acid; coating agent: talc), passionflower extract ( Passiflora incarnata ), lemon balm extract ( Melissa officinalis ); bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose and maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, pyridoxal 5-phosphate, melatonin, calcium L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin.
Free from soy and milk proteins.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets per day half an hour before going to sleep or as recommended.
