Description: Supports good digestion. It contributes to a normal functioning of the intestinal tract.
Ingredients: Mint (Menthae herba).
Effect: Antiseptic, liver detoxifier, antispasmodic, choleretic-cholagogue (causes the secretion and elimination of bile), antidiarrheal, analgesic, tonic, invigorating.
Recommendations: internal use: slow digestion, indigestion, flatulence (excessive accumulation of gas in the intestines), diarrhea, colic and gastrointestinal spasms, biliary dyskinesia (improper functioning of the gall bladder), nausea. External use: urticaria.
Contraindications: None are known at the recommended doses.
Preparation: internal use: infusion of 2 sachets in 250 ml of boiling water; cover, leave for 5 - 10 minutes. External use: concentrated infusion of 20-25 sachets per 1 liter of boiling water; cover, leave for 5 - 10 minutes
Use: internal use : drink 2-3 cups of tea a day. External use: local compresses or baths. For baths, add 30 ml of infusion to each liter of water; the bath will last 15-20 minutes.
