How to use:

Recommended daily intake required to obtain beneficial effects of the product: 1 capsule. Take 1 capsule once daily with a meal and water.

lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.) DER 4:1; bulking agent: cellulose; capsule (gelatin, colour: calcium carbonate); common hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.) DER 4:1; Asian pennywort herb extract (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb.) DER 10:1; common chamomile flower extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.) DER 4:1; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
