Vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), thiamine (thiamine mononitrate), riboflavin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), biotin, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), choline (choline bitartrate), iodine (potassium iodide), tin (zinc citrate), inositol, cane sugar, soluble fiber (from tapioca), purified water, gelling agent: pectins; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: malic acid; acidity regulator: sodium citrate; fruit and vegetable juice, natural flavor.

Children from 2 years of age: 4 jellies daily, with a meal.
