A food supplement designed for women who want to prevent their physical and mental state from being compromised by pre- and postmenopausal symptoms. Thanks to the combination of specific nutrients, it is designed to help alleviate all the symptoms associated with this specific physiological stage, such as changes in trophicity, metabolism and sexual and psychological functioning. These changes are associated with specific symptoms: hot flashes and sweating, insomnia and anxiety/depression. Later symptoms appear related to the aging process of estrogen-dependent tissues, such as the skin. This causes generalized dryness and the appearance of deep wrinkles, while nails and hair become more fragile. Finally, later symptoms appear, such as an increased risk of cardiovascular disease due to the loss of the protective role of estrogen and an increased likelihood of osteoporosis, caused by the loss of a continuous supply of calcium to the bones.

How to use
Severe symptoms: 2 capsules per day, one in the morning and one in the evening.
Menopause without symptoms or with mild symptoms: 1 capsule per day, preferably in the morning, during meals.
