- vitamin K2 in the form of a fermentation extract through which vitamin K2 is manufactured using the bacterium Bacillus subtilis Natto; this process has the ability to produce the pure and bioavailable form of vitamin K2, menaquinone-7 (MK-7);
- natural vitamin K2 activates proteins involved in calcium metabolism (osteocalcin in bones and MGP protein in arteries and other soft tissues), and vitamin D3 stimulates the synthesis of these proteins.
