How to use:

1. Wash and sterilize the bottle and teat before first use.
2. Fill the bottle with milk or liquid.
3. Check the temperature indicator :
   Blue = optimum temperature
   White = liquid too hot
4. Test the temperature of the liquid before feeding.
5. Position the nipple and start feeding .
6. After use, clean and sterilize according to manufacturer's instructions.

Precautions and contraindications:

Do not use the nipple as a pacifier; prolonged sucking can cause tooth decay.
Replace the teat after 1-2 months of use for hygiene and safety.
