Together with honey, pollen is considered a complete food product containing 22 nutrients: amino acids (methionine, valine, cystine, glutamine, etc.), vitamin A, B1, B2, B5, C, D, E, lecithin, indispensable minerals such as iron, magnesium, enzymes, flavonoids, antibiotic substances, fats, carbohydrates (1.5%-30%).
