Description
Food supplement based on maca, oligomeric proanthocyanidins, coenzyme Q10, zinc and selenium, dedicated to men.
Zinc contributes to normal male fertility and reproduction. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis.

Maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii) 4:1*, gelatin (capsule), Lynside Forte 100K Zn (inactive dry brewer's yeast/Saccharomyces cerevisiae, zinc sulfate), grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera) with 95% OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins), coenzyme Q10, Lynside Forte Selenium 2000+ (inactive dry brewer's yeast/Saccharomyces cervisiae, enriched with selenium), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), vegetable magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent).

How to use
1 capsule per day, for at least 3 months, to achieve effective results over time (or as directed by your specialist).
