Mode of use
The preparation is usually taken in the amount of 5 capsules 1-2 times a day, preferably 20-25 minutes before the meal. The capsule is taken whole and swallowed with a large amount of liquid (approximately 200 ml of liquid for 5 capsules).
Caution: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant and lactating women are advised to consult a doctor before using the product. Psyllium does not contain phytates, gluten or components of dairy or grain origin. The product is not intended for children. Keep out of reach of children. When using the product, it is necessary to observe the drinking regime.
