Effects:
Bitter tonic, astringent, cardiac fortifier, vascular regenerator; favors the increase of bile secretion and the elimination of bile in the intestine (choleretic-cholagogue); excites gastrointestinal secretions increasing appetite; lyses kidney and gallstones.
Recommendations:
As an adjuvant in throat and mouth inflammations (angina, pharyngitis, ulcerative stomatitis), enlarged heart, pulmonary emphysema, chronic cholecystopathy, liver congestion, gastric hypoacidity, renal and biliary calculi, uric diathesis (tendency to deposit uric acid), chronic articular rheumatism and muscular, urticaria, diarrhea, splenic disorders.
