Method of administration: 2 PREGNACARE ® MAX tablets plus 1 OMEGA-3 capsule daily, with the main meal.

Swallow with water or cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use on an empty stomach. The product contains iron which, if administered in large quantities, may be harmful to young children. You can start taking Pregnacare® Max at any time during pregnancy. This complete formula replaces other multivitamins in the Pregnacare® range.

You don't need to take extra multivitamins.

It contains vitamin K and therefore should not be taken simultaneously with anticoagulants (warfarin) without the advice of a doctor.
