Semi-permanent hair color

Color Touch semi-permanent hair color is the number 1 hair color from Wella Professionals.

Application method:
Always mix Color Touch Base Line with Color Touch 1.9% or 4% emulsion.
Mix in a 1+2 ratio. For example: 30g of cream + 60g of emulsion.

First application / Full head application:
Wear suitable gloves. Apply with a brush and a bowl.
For more effective application, we recommend using the applicator bottle.
Apply the Color Touch mixture to pre-washed and towel-dried hair (evenly from roots to tips).

Development time:
Without heat: 20 minutes (or 15 minutes after a perm or straightening treatment)
With added heat: 15 minutes (or 10 minutes after a perm or straightening treatment)

If necessary, the development time can be extended by 5 minutes.
